About us

We are a design studio brought together by passionate architect Romuald Kruszewski. Our team has been operating since 2004 in Mokotów, Warsaw.

The projects that we develop combine knowledge and experience with innovative approaches, enthusiasm and creativity.

Every project that we work on is unique and calls for change in the spatial experience of future occupants and improvement in the quality of space. In every project, we seek to uncover that which makes each place unique: its identity. Drawing upon the existing context, we always want to respond to future needs. More than creating forms, we are interested in creating places with specificity and relationality.

We design buildings of various scales and programs, and with various site conditions. Our portfolio consists of multifamily building complexes, public buildings, office and conference buildings, single-family homes, restorations of historic and industrial buildings as well as public spaces, interiors, and outdoor furniture. In our work, we are most interested in the intricacies of the existing context and the materiality, from which our architecture emerges.

The team consists of experienced architects, some of whom are longstanding at the practice. We continue to develop by investing in new technologies, innovations, and efficient systems of organization. We constantly work together with top-class specialists from all technical fields relevant to the design process. We actively engage with all stages of the design project until the building is completed.

Our projects have been recognized and awarded by architectural organizations and widely recognized and published by domestic and international press.
